Foliage Design Systems of Northeast Florida is a corporate-owned office that opened its doors in the 1970s offering services in Duval, St. John's, Clay and Nassau counties. Cindy Patrick joined FDS in 1991 as the operations manager and moved into the general manager position in 1993. In 2005, she was promoted to vice president/general manager. Cindy is a very active board member for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as the TOBY chair and is also on the Green, Golf and Social committees. In 2007, she was awarded the Associate Award for her contributions to BOMA.
